Jim Harris began in real estate in 1998. He has long been known as one of the most successful Realtors in the Greater Fayetteville Area. Wendy, his daughter, moved back to Fayetteville in October 2001 to assist Jim in his retirement transition. Wendy jumped into the business with both feet and has never looked back. Wendy is a licensed broker, ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), ASP(Accredited Staging Professional), and CRS(Certified Residential Specialist). She serves on the Board of Directors for the Fayetteville Regional Association of Realtors and Fayetteville Area Habitat for Humanity. She is Chair of the Leadership Fayetteville Alumni Association, a member of the Home Builders Association, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Military Actions Council. A graduate of Star Power University, Wendy also has a bachelor’s degree in International Business, and a minor in Spanish from St. Andrews College in Laurinburg. She loves to travel, and is married to Eduardo.
